I am an artist. I express myself through poetry,photography, life coaching, conversation, etc. I have been given the gift of gab! I am a believer!  I flow in LOVE.
I grew up in Mansfield, MA. a small New England town and journeyed in life with deep thoughts and ideas to understand my upbringing and make sense of the life I experienced as a child and as well into adulthood. The completion of my first book is a testament to perseverance and learning to love myself.

At 55 I am living and thriving in Stuart, Florida. I find myself frequently watching sunrises and sunsets on Hutchinson Island. I love photographing nature, especially at the beach. I deeply love my family, friends, and meeting new people daily.

This collection of poems began as an expressive outlet for a young, single mother to make sense of her life. Faith plays an important part in this journey. Many of the poems are themes of love, heartache, passion, and strife. A life journey of healing is the outcome of thirty-five years of journaling and writing out prayers to her unseen Creator. With doubt at times and with great faith in others, these poems will connect anyone reading to a similar experience. Some poems exemplify a psalm-like style which she credits to reading the Word of God for over thirty-three years. Sabela finds ways to flow with sounds and words that have a “riverly” quality. As her theme of positivity fuels her poetry, the greater message is of hope, faith, and genuine Love.

The book tour, "Dreams Do Come True" continues at 3 Baristas Coffee shop @241 Sw Monterey Rd. (between Whit's Frozen Custard and UbreakiFix business) The coffee is superb, the poetry will be flowing like a "river."
